Dhurrie Rugs

Dhurrie rugs are loom-woven by skilled artisan hands from India using techniques employed for centuries, typically made using natural fibres such as cotton, wool, silk or combination of fibres. The no pile, flat-weave design of the dhurries makes them durable, easily cleaned, and often reversable. Dhurries are traditionally used not only as artistic floor covering, but also for bedding or packaging.
